The club president is an ex officio member of all committees and has all the privileges of a member of the committee. (Bylaws, Article 9)

The committee will arrange for set-up and cleanup at the weekly meeting site, and record club history through documents and photos and periodically update the written club history.

A subcommittee will take over responsibility for producing the annual membership directory.
